2nd Photo Competition of Sumida Street Jazz Festival

We invite you to the 2nd photo competition for the Sumida Street Jazz Festival!
We are looking forward to your participation.

Prohibited Stages

For your participation, you may take pictures for all stages except main stage, green stage (except for the surrounding of Kinshi park), Triphony Hall (Large Hall, Small Hall and Lobby at the Large Hall), Suzuki Kosan Park Studio, and Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo)

Photograph Subjects

Musicians, volunteer staffs and view of stages or periphery of the stages.
Your entry must be done with photos taken on Aug 19 or/and 20 for the Sumida Street Jazz Festival 2017.

* Awarded photos will be exhibited at the Sumida Triphony hall during Sumida Street Jazz Festival next year.

How to enter

1. Please read through “Application Regulations and Disclaimer“ below for your participation in the competition and if you agree with the terms, please send your photos with your personal information (name and addresses to which an award will be sent for a winner) to the offi-cial E-mail address sumidajazzpic@gmail.com
2. Entry limited to 3 photos per person.  Please note that entering more than 3 photos will be invalid for application.
3. The winners will be contacted by the Executive Committee via DM.

Application Regulations and Disclaimer

• T Shirt for the award is L-size only and not exchangeable to other sizes.
• Please make sure to take photos for stages where you are allowed to take photos.
• Photos taken of other stages than the specified stages are invalid for application.
• Please observe good manners not to disturb the performers, staff, and audiences during shooting.
  You may be requested to leave if you do not observe the rules and regulations.
• Please note that the organizer shall not assume any responsibility for any trouble at the time of shooting.
• Any type of camera is acceptable including SLRs, compact cameras, mirror-less single-lens reflex cameras, smart phones, and other mo-bile devices.
• Photo size for your application
  ・SLRs, compact cameras, and mirror-less single-lens reflex cameras: 3264 pixels or more
  ・Smart phones and other mobile devices: original size whet the photo was taken without changing the size such as clipping
• The applicant owns the copyright of the photos submitted, but the applicant shall grant the organizer a free and non-exclusive right to use the photos for print exhibition, advertising, and Internet (including copy, disclosure, and processing) and also shall agree not to exercise the moral rights to the organizer.
• Personal information obtained from the winners shall be used only for the purpose of the photo competition.
• The organizer shall not assume any responsibility in case of infringe-ment of portrait rights by a third-party for any posted photos.
• The organizer shall not assume any responsibility for any disputes be-tween the applicant and subject person(s).
• Photos infringing any copyrights, public order, or  privacy of others shall be regarded as invalid.
• The organizer shall not assume any responsibility for any damages caused by your participation in the photo competition.
• “The Application Regulations and the disclaimer” is subject to change without notice. If the application provisions or disclaimer have been changed, the latest one shall be immediately applied.
